• PR Marriott Drilling has recently mobilised Rig 10 to Kenya. The Rig is currently drilling geothermal wells at Olkaria in the Rift Valley.
  
  
• New Oilwell 1500 HP rig with 2 x 1600 HP mud pumps has recently completed a very successful high temperature geothermal well in Guatemala and a programme of oil and gas exploration wells in the dense jungles of Belize, Central America.
  
  
• As part of an alliance with Cuadrilla Resources, PR Marriott Drilling has commenced a long term contract to manage and operate a drilling and workover rig together with cementing units for Cuadrilla Resources for their exploration programme for unconventional reservoirs in Europe.
  
  

Water

• New Massenza 45 ton MI-45 rotary rig used for shallow geothermal exploration in the EU and for investigation boreholes for a major gas storage project in the UK.
• Complete refurbishment of Rig 2 to meet latest industry standard will be completed December 2009.
• Expansion of test pumping equipment – electric submersible pumps, switchgear and magnetic flow-meter instrumentation
• Upgrading of shale shaker and drill fluid systems achieving zero spillages during drilling operations
• Specialist high pressure jetting unit and acid injection system for well rehabilitation and increasing aquifer efficiency

Personnel & Facility Expansion

• PR Marriott Drilling has increased its overall technical capability by a number of new key members to the management and operational team.
• Office, workshop and yard facilities in both the UK and Central America have recently been upgraded
